FÍS FILM FESTIVAL

Have you a film for 2013?

Welcome To The FÍS Film festival

The FÍS Film Festival is wonderful celebration of the creativity and imagination of children and teachers in Irish schools. The annual event sees schools from all over Ireland creating short films from animations, documentaries to educational dramas. Twenty-four schools are shortlisted and invited to Dublin for the FÍS Film Festival where awards are presented in various categories. It’s a wildly exciting day!

On this website you will find great resources designed to help you and your children in the film-making process. You can view some of the awards from previous years as well as some practical and fun resources that will assist you during the film making process.

The FIS Film Festival has been running for several years and the Archive of all these years can now be viewed here.
